Join the Seniors’ Keep Active Challenge and make every activity count! During the month of November we encourage all Alberta seniors to participate. Join the Challenge as an individual, group, fitness class, or walking club by logging your steps or minutes of activity.
Use a pedometer or your smart phone to track your steps and activity. Your steps will be added to the Provincial total, help us reach our goal!
You can choose from 12 different routes around Alberta or customize your own. For example:
